This will be awkward...
I ordered some goods from an online vendor on January 9th. They haven't charged my card yet[1]. I just got a shipment notification, and tracking data indicates that UPS physically has the package.

The card info they have to charge is invalid. I don't have the new card yet. There is no way for them to get paid using the info they have now, nor is there any way for me to pay them now.

I have sent them an email regarding the situation. I hope we can work it out.

[1] A careful watch of the discrepancy between my ledger balance and my available balance showed activity consistent with a hold of the appropriate amount placed on my account, but released without being posted as an actual charge. It is possible that they never finished the transaction properly. I still want them to get their money.
