To the fiction filter, little bird-boy!
I've posted a story to the new Fiction filter, which only has two people on it.

If you want to read the story, give me a plot, and I'll add you to the filter.

(A plot consists of characters, setting, conflict, and resolution, and can be just one or two words for each of those. I'll fill in the details. As my past experience goes, I'll take any necessary liberties/loopholes with the plot as I need. For instance, did you know that "Apocalypse" is Greek for "Revelation", and at least one translation of the Bible has used "Apocalypse" as the title of the last book? Neat what you can find out with a little research, and just imagine how I would use that info. Oh wait, you don't have to imagine, just give me a plot to use and you can see for yourself.)

please put me on the filter, if you will...

To quote my original post "If you want to read the story, give me a plot, and I'll add you to the filter".

So.... what's your offering of a plot?

teenage girl narrowly escapes being struck by lightning, then discovers that she has an affinity with electricity. if you ever read Fritz Leiber's short story, "The Man Who Made Friends With Electricity", this would sort of be a response to it, from a more positive angle.
