What food-logging/calorie counting sites would you recommend?

I want to lose weight
but I need to keep track of
how much I consume.

At first glance, it seems to be pushing its own diet system, which I'm not interested in.

The main thing I want is a food log with calories. Is Sparkpeople good for that alone?

It does have it's own diet system, yes, but I generally only use the site to count calories. They have a data base of pretty much every food imaginable and you can make their suggested diet go away and leave a blank slate for you to fill in.

Also, I don't know if you know how many calories you burn by just breathing, but SP will also tell you that, add however much you've worked out (if you plan to) and subtract whatever you've eaten in a nice little chart so you know where you are for the day.

I really like the site.
