A gift idea that probably isn't going to exist -- but it could...
Imagine a set of 28 T-Shirts. 26 of them each have one line and illustration from the Gashlycrumb Tinies, and the other two have the title and ending illustrations.

Now imagine wearing one shirt a day to work, in order.

I like the idea, but can't possibly afford 28 tshirts like that.

Hmmm, how expensive are iron-on t-shirt transfers and blank shirts?

I think you can get blank tshirts at Michael's very cheap...
but would it be more fun & cheaper to use fabric paint?

I don't think I could do justice to the Gashlycrumb Tinies with fabric paint.

two things- Marylin will be here soon & you forgot to shut down your computer again

just looked it up- I want w or z please :)

t-shirts average about 3-5 dollars per shirt in your size. easiest solution would be print out gashlycrumb tinies on t-shirt transfer Inkjet paper.

OfficeMax - transfer paper for ink-jet printers, for use on white or light-colored T-shirts:
OfficeMax brand, 10 sheets for $12.99 (x3 = $38.97)

K-Mart - men's white t-shirts:
Fruit Of The Loom, 5 for $9.00 (x6 = $54.00)

total: $92.97, plus sales tax.

don't do it :-(

That's better than doing it through Cafe Press.

except that, using CafePress, you can at least theoretically sell the concept to other people as well.

I suspect the literary estate of Edward Gorey might have something to say about that.

hey, maybe they'd be interested in the concept - sell the book, plus the entire set of t-shirts, and give you a cut for coming up with the idea... ;-)
